Kuwait – Mubasher: Al Dar National Real Estate Company’s board of directors will discuss today, Sunday, a mechanism to cut the capital according to the recent remarks by the regulatory authorities and another financial issues, according to a bourse filing.

The company is capitalised at KWD 42 million distributed across 420 million shares with a nominal value of 100 fils.
